Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and services, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network, system, and endpoint security
Provide end-users remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls, and resolve or escalate issues effectively as necessary
Document and track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation
Set up and configure next-generation firewall, managed switches, enterprise wireless, SIEM, and endpoint security
Deploy cloud servers with an open-source virtualisation
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
