Job Description

Responsibilities:

• MUST be able to manage Microsoft 365 Services (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, etc.)
• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Azure Services (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, etc.)
• Manage and monitor all cybersecurity related infrastructure.
• Managing and monitoring AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Managing and monitoring on-premises IT infrastructures in the equipment room and data Centres, including Server (Linux/Windows), Desktop (Windows), network devices (router/firewall/switch) to ensure system availability and cyber security standards (Anti-Malware/2FA/IP White-listing) are implemented.
• Providing IT helpdesk technical support for internal staffs.
• Assist the Head of IT to plan, prioritize and implement new initiatives.

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• MUST have experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure is required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11 etc.)
• Experience in network management (Router & Switch) is a plus.
• Experience in security management (Firewall, Endpoint, Email, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a team or individually with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
