Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing or coordinating IT system-related projects, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role is ideal for junior professionals seeking to grow their career in IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT systems and infrastructure projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
Manage project documentation including schedules, reports, issue logs, and status updates.
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where necessary.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, and post-deployment support.
Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with internal standards and IT governance practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT project coordination or project management.
Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
