The opportunity
Based in Singapore, your primary focus is to provide excellent technical support and customer service to OTPP SEA employees, while working independently to analyze and take care of problems and actively anticipate potential issues. As a member of the enterprise services delivery team, you will support Ontario Teachers\xe2\x80\x99 Pension Plan (OTPP) technology tools and platforms to ensure availability of IT services for our Singapore office which includes both Investment Division and Corporate staff.
Who you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with
You will work closely with team members in the Singapore and Hong Kong offices and will report to the Snr Manager, Teachers\xe2\x80\x99 Support & Services (based in London, UK). On a day to day basis, you will have interactions with 30+ colleagues working in the Singapore office and provide remote support to users based in the Hong Kong and the India offices as required. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also work with other colleagues in the Information Technology Group globally, as well as supporting external guests, visitors, vendors and consultants who require IT support in the Singapore office.
