Job Description

Role:

• Independently conduct research, design, and implement IT solutions tailored to organizational requirements.
• Apply and maintain security protocols to safeguard data and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
• Oversee the administration of the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring optimal uptime and system performance.
• Support the manager in leading or co-leading a variety of IT initiatives and projects.
• Monitor system logs to detect security anomalies and potential threats.
• Deliver prompt technical assistance to staff, resolving IT-related problems efficiently.
• Handle incident and problem management processes effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance system usability and user satisfaction.
• Act as a designated backup for the IT Support Office handling vessel-related support.
• Manage IT procurement processes, billing matters, and vendor relationships.
• Execute daily, monthly, and annual IT operations checklists.
• Streamline and automate IT workflows to enhance organizational productivity.
• Possibility of travel for vessel-related IT support tasks.

• In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including at least 2 years of hands-on work with Intune, Compliance, and Security modules.
• Over 5 years in L2 support within mid to large-scale enterprises (100+ employees), with a proven record of managing or facilitating IT projects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Solid networking knowledge and hands-on experience managing next-generation firewalls.
• Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• Possession of MS-102 - M365 Certified Administrator Expert is an advantage.
