IT Team Lead Working location: Bedok 5.25 days (Alternate Saturday - 2 Saturdays in a month) Working hour: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm // Saturday: 9am - 1pm Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 Responsibili IT Team Lead Working location: Bedok 5.25 days (Alternate Saturday - 2 Saturdays in a month) Working hour: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm // Saturday: 9am - 1pm Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 Responsibilities: Ensure IT team answers fault calls and troubleshoot problems promptly In charge of IT Team manpower deployment Provide technical advice to IT team Ensure protocols and procedures are adhere to Attend meeting with clients needing IT consult Conducting IT research and drafting IT proposals Drive team performance to ensure efficiency Feedback to management on KPIs Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT related field Related IT certifications Good understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management Familiar in implementation of Network, Servers and Backup Systems
