Opportunity Overview:

This is the ideal role for a IT Tech looking to join a company with big ambitions and have the opportunity to work with a range of major international organisations across industry backgrounds including music festivals, sporting events and corporate events.

You would be assisting in preparing of IT hardware configurations and devices such as tablets, laptops, EPOS systems, Wi-Fi kit, VR equipment and a host of other IT and AV equipment. All training provided in-house.

You will be gaining experience and exposure in several areas of the business from our in house technical team, field services as well as on site event technology installations and support.

Your duties will include:

Pick and pack IT equipment for deployment Set up the IT equipment to client specifics Receive equipment that has been used on-site Being dispatched to work with on-site teams, providing support as and when required Be a part of a new, exciting and rapidly growing team Get involved with operational and logistical planning Travel Overseas to support with Client specific needs and on-site project management for the client

Requirements:

Previous work experience as IT assistant or Technician preferred Previous events/hospitality experience preferred Approved to work locally Ability to work flexible hours as per event schedule covering all days and hours. Must have a genuine interest in technology with a willingness to learn Excellent verbal communication skills Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management IT background is a plus Adaptable and calm under pressure Problem solving Travelling overseas and being deployed onsite is a mandatory requirement
