We are looking for a IT Technician to support in retail matters. This candidate will be reporting to the GENERAL MANAGER - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

Replace faulty hard drives in desktops and laptops
Repair laptops by replacing parts such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards
Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems
Install new software and hardware on clients\' computers
Identify and resolve network issues
Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of computer systems

Requirements:

Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
