IT/Helpdesk Support Engineer (West) Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm, Saturday, 8.30-1pm (once a month) Transport at Boon Lay MRT AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits Job Scope: . First and Seco IT/Helpdesk Support Engineer (West) Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm, Saturday, 8.30-1pm (once a month) Transport at Boon Lay MRT AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits Job Scope: . First and Second level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS) . Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch) . Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync) . Printer/MFP setup and support . Hardware/Software inventory documentation . Monitor daily backup . If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system. . If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of in-house depot automation system. Requirement: . Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles .
