We are hiring for ITSM Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM features and modules.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow;
• Proficient in implementing ServiceNow ITSM features and modules to meet organizational requirements;
• Ability to analyze user needs and propose additional modules/features to enhance the functionality of the ServiceNow tool;
• A strong understanding of IT Service Management tools and the ability to plan, test, and deploy enhancements effectively;
• Skilled in working closely with Functional Developers to address changes in project scope;
• Experience in project administration, tracking, and ensuring enhancement timelines are met;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills;

Desirable Skill(s)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certifications;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL certification;

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM features and modules based on organizational requirements.
• Identify and propose additional modules or features that enhance the ServiceNow tool\'s capabilities to meet user requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the IT Service Management tool to ensure its smooth operation.
• Develop plans for testing and deploying enhancements to the IT Service Management tools, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Work closely with Functional Developers to manage changes to the project scope and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide administrative support for the ITSM project, including documentation, reporting, and coordination of project-related activities.
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure that enhancement timelines are met and report any deviations to the project plan;
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities.
