Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage, assign and schedule the integration and validation activities to meet the solution milestone Ensure delivery of integration & validation work packages to time, cost, and quality Anticipate, identify, consolidate and monitor the technical risks and related action plans Communicate with the project manager and client in order to understand specific system requirements for the assigned biometric and document issuance system project Identify and select the software and hardware products necessary to meet the project requirements Design and complete installation and configuration of the selected software and hardware products by integrating solutions, verifying and testing the system functionality and performance against the project requirements Collaborate with software developers to perform product customizations for the project as needed Create development specifications and assign to development teams Make sure that development delivery corresponds with requirements Provide system integration support for the development and troubleshooting of the system Convert historical biometric and demographic records and ensure they are properly loaded into the new system as required by the project Deploy the system at the client site and perform system acceptance testing with client Document the design specifications, installation instructions and any other solution/ system related information relevant to the project Provide system knowledge transfer and training to technical support engineers and client's system administrators Monitor the system operations to detect potential problems Resolve system issues reported by client or escalated by technical support engineers, ensure all reported technical issues are resolved, and escalate any product defects to software and hardware developers as needed. Cross team collaboration Log Analysis and troubleshooting

Must have Skills

1. Demonstrative experience of Test automation using Selenium

2. Ability to build test strategy and test plans

3. Detailed test case building capability

4. Must have Jira, X-Ray & Confluence knowledge

5. Ability to identify and troubleshoot environmental issues

Good to have Skills

1. Kibana queries to filter logs

2. OpManger to identify network or system level issues

3. Basic SQL

4. Ansible for scripted deployment
