RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Integration Support - Combine software into a working system


2. Verification Support - Confirm the system meets design specifications


3. Validation - Confirm the product meets user needs and intended use


4. Qualification - Complies with standards, certifications or contractual requirements


5. Test Plan & Execution - Develop test plans and schedule, and to perform the test execution


6. Requirements Traceability - Ensure traceability between requirements, tests and results


7. Collaboration and Reporting - Work closely with Level 3 (developers)


8. Documentation - Write and maintain test plans and test procedures


9. Issue Management - Identify, maintain and escalate issues and risks related to integration, testing or validation.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline


At least 3-5 years in IVVQ support for mission critical 24x7 production support, preferably in public sector
