Working Hours : 44hours + O.T ( Mon-Thursday , 10am ~ 10pm ; Fri ~ Sun 10am ~ 1230am)
Working Days: 5wd
Location : Tyrwhitt Rd, Singapore 207546 (MRT Station: DT 23)
Salary Range : Basic SGD 2,000 ~ SGD 2,800
O.T: Yes

1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and preparing sauces.
2. Support the kitchen team in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and specifications.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of kitchen waste.
4. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage procedures are followed.
5. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
6. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely preparation of orders.
7. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying, and plating dishes as needed.Job Requirement :
1. Prior experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role in a restaurant or bistro setting.
2. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
3. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
