Job ID : J00004121 -WO-C(A45)Position: Senior QA Engineer/QA EngineerEmployer Company: ManufacturingSchedule: Monday to Friday 8am 5.30pmMonthly off days: 8 daysSalary: $3500 - $4500Remarks:- Nature of the employer\'s business: Manufacturing- knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485 QMS, with auditing experience preferred.- Experience on raw material compliance conformity (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, Pro65)- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skill.- Company welfare benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus, phone allowance, dental etc- Interview method: Online interview acceptable- Acceptance of candidates back and forth: Yes- Work address: KallangJob Duties:- Work with the cross functional team to improve the process / product quality and achieve the company / departmental KPIs.- Attend to customer on con all, factory audit, quality issues and returns.- Responsible for resolving quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints- Support for New Product launch and raw material First Article approval, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process.- Monitor Supplier performance and liaise with supplier to resolve quality issues and handing of NCMR- Conduct the internal and external audits.- Responsible for environmental compliance conformity of raw material (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, Pro65, etc)- Candidates with more experience will be considering for senior role.Jobs Requirement:- Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in quality management / manufacturing environment/ Degree in the field of Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Quality Certification or equivalent.- Possess good knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485 QMS, with auditing experience preferred.- Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness assembly, PCBA and Electro-mechanical assembly, handling of new products from new launch to mass production, on the Quality control & handing of customer complaint & returns.- Experience on raw material compliance conformity (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, Pro65) is preferred- Good problem- solving & communication skills, resourceful and independent.- Experienced in generating Quality procedures & knowledge of ESG Sustainability is an advantage.
