ECDA-certified Lead Chinese Language Teacher

to join a boutique

international preschool

near

Mountbatten MRT

for the

N2 age group (3-4 years old)

This is a full-time,

on-site

position ideal for educators who are confident leading Mandarin lessons, comfortable engaging international families, and excited to join a warm, inquiry-based teaching team.

What You'll Do

Lead Mandarin lessons for the N2 cohort (ages 3-4) Plan and co-develop curriculum with your English co-lead and class assistant Facilitate

play-based, inquiry-driven

Mandarin Chinese learning Maintain classroom documentation (biweekly updates, journaling) Host parent-teacher meetings and school townhalls (in English) Engage confidently with non-Chinese-speaking parents at pickup/drop-off Contribute to classroom setup and curriculum planning with the team

Who We're Looking For

ECDA-recognised L2 certification

(Chinese Language track) Minimum

3 years' preschool classroom experience

(group-based only)

Prior experience in an international preschool is required

Confident in leading

full-class Mandarin lessons

independently Strong spoken

English

-- must be able to host parent meetings and school events independently Comfortable engaging

Mandarin-speaking parents

and international families Familiar with

inquiry-based learning

(Reggio, Montessori preferred) Able to commit to a

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Leave

: Over 55+ paid weekdays off annually (MOE-aligned school holiday calendar)

Bonus

: Annual performance bonus (1.5-2 months based on performance)

Salary

: $4,200 - $4,800/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
