What you will do
Strategy, lifecycle management and performance
Represent JAPAC RoW and provide input to Global Integrated Brand Team (IBT) and Brand Working Group (BWG) on specific strategic deliverables and showcase local region priorities / best practices
Support development of global strategy plans to support competitive differentiation and execution excellence
Together with Director, GCEL review local brand plans ahead of submission to provide advice and direction, ensuring alignment with global strategy
Support use of content execution and use of relevant Large Market assets
Accelerate region agenda priorities
Support Director, GCEL with Project Moonshot for Repatha to accelerate momentum.
Work on performance inputs and lead relevant projects. Support rollout priorities and ongoing governance to achieve objectives
Attend standalone QBR meetings and affiliate performance meetings. Drive requisite follow ups to ensure milestones are met
Support ongoing communication/change management plan to drive high ongoing engagement throughout the year
Support Bone via co-ordinated COMPE strategy to maximise Prolia growth potential (Propel). Partner on affiliate reviews for COMPE to pull though execution of global long-term strategy deliverables/outputs
Provide regular updates to region executive team via JCT on progress with Project Moonshot and other JAPAC agenda priorities
Execution/competitive differentiation
Provide oversight/support roll out & implementation of core communication platform (CCP), new campaigns and other messaging/data package rollouts, ensuring consistency with global strategy
CI: Share regular updates on competitor landscape, insights, learnings and performance
Roll out core calendar communication, support content creation optimization
Enhance timely communication through existing / new platforms, e.g. MS TEAMs, Network Forums
Enable and inspire a thriving marketing community across all affiliates in JAPAC
Co-ordinate monthly Network Forums for all in JAPAC together with brand champions
Coordinate/deliver best practice sharing, together with Lead Markets and the RoW affiliates including ELMAC/JAPAC congress follow up Summits
Create high touch communication/support on an ongoing basis and together with Director GCEL, via monthly country team meetings

BM/SBM with 4+ years of Marketing experience
Strategic and analytics mindset with detailed knowledge of (1) Market, Disease, Customer and Product; (2) Brand/Customer Strategy and (3) Business Planning
Confident self-starter, agile and adaptable, comfortable working remotely
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills based on leveraging sound data and evidence
Project management skills with proven strengths in planning, organizing and attention to detail
Energetic, engaging and focussed leader who can establish rapport and trust quickly
Has a strong collaboration and customer service mindset to partner closely with affiliates to deliver results and shape Amgen's future
