Position : Japanese Chef (Kaiseki / Kapoo) - Meals Provided * Location : Hong Kong Street * Working hours : 6 Days Work Week (Off on Mondays) - Tuesday to Thursday: 3.00PM to 11.00PM / Frida Position : Japanese Chef (Kaiseki / Kapoo) - Meals Provided Location : Hong Kong Street Working hours : 6 Days Work Week (Off on Mondays) - Tuesday to Thursday: 3.00PM to 11.00PM / Friday to Sunday: 10.00AM to 11.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + OT for hours exceeding 44 hours a week + Meal Provided + 10 Days AL (Additional 1 day per year, capped at 16 days) Duration : Perm Industry : Japanese Restaurant Responsibilities: Report directly to the Japanese head chef or Sous Chef Prepare ingredients based on the instruction from the head chef or Sous Chef Prepare hot kitchen food during operation hours Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Min 3 years' experience at authentic Japanese restaurant Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
