About the Role:
Global Innovation Education Group (GIEG) is seeking a Japanese-speaking Intern based in Singapore to assist with administrative coordination and communication between GIEG and travel agencies, schools, and education partners in Japan.
The goal is to bring Japanese students to Singapore for AI and technology education programs. This short-term internship offers hands-on experience in international education management, cross-cultural communication, and partnership coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaison & Coordination

• Assist in maintaining communication with travel agents, schools, and education partners in Japan.
• Support planning and coordination of study tours for Japanese students visiting Singapore.
• Help with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up with Japanese partners.

2. Administrative Support

• Prepare and organize proposals, reports, and meeting materials in Japanese and English.
• Support logistics for student groups, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Translate and adapt documents or marketing content for Japanese audiences.

3. Outreach Assistance

• Help promote GIEG's AI education programs to Japanese institutions.
• Assist in organizing briefings, events, and meetings with Japan-based partners.

Requirements:

• Japanese native speaker or fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Currently based in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in education, international relations, or travel coordination.
• Students from Japanese universities in Singapore are encouraged to apply.

Purpose of the Role:
To support Global Innovation Education Group's Japan-Singapore education linkage by facilitating smooth communication, coordination, and administration for programs bringing Japanese students to Singapore to learn about Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Innovation.
