Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess and prioritize all installation and service jobs in the Japan (mainly) and other designated APAC locations.
• Manage allocation of engineer resources
• Report status of completed and planned installations and preventive maintenance and remote health check and repairs to Team Lead
• Ensure safety and quality control of work performed
• Report/escalate any issues to line manager
• Process service jobs handed over from Support in Japan region
• Process installation jobs handed over from Project manager or Sales team
• Actively plan remote health checks and preventive maintenance in the region with customer
• Obtain PO for the job where applicable
• Dispatch Engineer when needed
• Manage travel arrangements where applicable
• Check that documentation is updated by engineers after services are completed
• Arrange follow up service if required
• Record complete and accurate information on service job status, including updating of SharePoint, Service Now, SAP, service calendar, and any other relevant information management system.
• Achieve installation/upgrade/preventive maintenance/remote health checks target
• Monitor and keep project documents up to date
• Maintain PULSE and SAP and service now
• Optimize project process and work flow
• Ensure that all projects are delivered successfully
• Provide regular report to Head of Service Delivery

Job Requirements:

• Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese clients
• Technical qualification at Diploma level or Bachelor level
• Project management experience from offshore related industry or similar is preferred but not a must
