About Our Client
Client is well established and reputable Japanese MNC located in the heart of Singapore that offers professional medical education and training, inclusive but not limited to patients care in Singapore.
Assist Managing Director in any business and administration matters
Managing calendars for appointments, reports submission or completion, meetings and others
Organising travel itineraries and schedules with transport and accommodation
Handle all private and confidential information for the company and the MD
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years experience in secretarial or personal assistant role
Able to read and write Japanese as the role requires the incumbent to create presentation in Japanese, as well as to speak with counterparts and HQ in Japanese whilst helping the Managing Director
Meticulous with excellent planning and organising skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Applications
