Brief Call

: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews

: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris Consulting: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study

: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

Java

and

Python

Build robust APIs and integrate with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization activities Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure reliable deployments Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions Stay current with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and tools Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge across the engineering team

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

, or related field

4-6 years

of professional experience in

backend or full-stack development

Strong proficiency in

Java (Spring Boot)

and

Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)

Experience with

RESTful APIs

,

microservices

, and

database systems

(SQL/NoSQL) Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

CI/CD tools

(Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Solid understanding of
