Java Backend Developer J42275
Job Description
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to developer large scale public-fronting applications for a Government Agency!

*5 days work week (Hybrid)
*Exposure for involvement in government projects
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software applications.
Improve software quality using Scrum practices such as code review and unit testing with peers.
Assist PO/BA on user stories refinement.
Assist QA engineers on test automation and bug fixes.
Assist DevOps engineers on build and release automation.
Prepare interface specifications and other architecture documents.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 years of professional working experience in a software engineer or equivalent position.
Hands-on working experience with Java Spring, Angular and AWS cloud technology.
Familiar with Clean Code, Design Patterns and Unit Testing.
Proven working experience in Java Spring Framework / Angular / Apache Spark / Data Engineering / ETL.
Technical knowledge and experience in designing and developing applications in AWS cloud environment (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK) will be advantageous
Working experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage.
