Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading and exchange applications using Java. Implement low-latency, high-throughput trading engines and order-matching systems. Work on API integrations for market data, order execution, and liquidity providers. Optimize system performance and scalability to handle large volumes of transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, security, and product management. Ensure system security and compliance with industry regulations. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17), with experience in multithreading, concurrency, and high-performance computing. Experience in low-latency system design and real-time application development, ideally within financial trading or crypto trading. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, or Cassandra). Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar). Familiarity with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or crypto protocols is a plus. Strong understanding of security best practices in financial or crypto applications. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
