What you will be responsible for:

Develop customized ERP systems, including modules for finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. Integrate ERP systems with other internal platforms (e.g., CRM, WMS, MES, OA) and third-party services, leveraging technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues. Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in existing systems. Address technical challenges in high-concurrency, large-scale data scenarios to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and stability of the system.

How you will stand out:

Proficient in Java and object-oriented design, with in-depth understanding of JVM principles, multithreading, collection frameworks, I/O, NIO, and related technologies. Well-versed in mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and MyBatis/JPA. Strong skills in database design and optimization, with extensive experience in SQL programming and performance tuning. Familiar with at least one relational database such as Oracle, MySQL. Familiar with common message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching technologies (e.g., Redis), and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic). Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal skill
