Job Description

:We are currently seeking a talented Backend Java Developer to join our team. As a Backend Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

• Working hours : Monday- Friday 10am- 7pm
• Working location : Tanjong Pagar
• Salary Package : Up to SGD7200 (basic) + AWS & VB
• Other benefits and perks : Up to 16 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave , hybrid working arrangement, company insurance coverage and many more

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java technology.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from potential threats.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ Proven experience as a Backend Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java/J2EE, Spring Framework.
• Experience with backend frameworks and libraries
• Solid understanding of database management systems, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
