L2 Application Support Engineers

L3 Java Developers

L2 - Application Support Engineer

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Java-based applications. Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure smooth operations. Investigate, debug, and resolve application incidents in a timely manner. Work with developers and stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.

L3 - Java Developer

Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java 8/11/17/21. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop robust solutions using Spring / Spring Boot frameworks. Write and optimize database queries with SQL / MySQL. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS Cloud. Collaborate with application support teams (L2) to address root cause fixes.
Requirements


Proficiency in Java 8 and above, Spring / Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and SQL/MySQL. Exposure to AWS cloud services. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. (L2)2-4 years' experience in application support or production support for Java applications. (L3)4-7 years' Java development experience with strong coding and design skills. Ability to support 24/7 standby as required.
