Job Description
Job PurposeSenior Java developer or Lead Developer should be able to design and provide the new solution for the upcoming changes to the existing applications with latest technologies stacks used in a typical web application.This role is very technology oriented, leading to the definition of development methodologies, solution architecture, POC of new frameworks for the Portfolio Management System Domain. Guidance and mentorship of other developers on technical topics will be expected.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university and major in Business
- At least 7 years of experience in developing software and enterprise applications.
- Proficient in 3 tiers architecture and J2EE environments: WebSphere Application server, WebSphere Portal Server.
- Proficient on using Core Java 6/7/8 , J2EE, JSP, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Knowledge on Cloud based Software-as-a-Service applications, a plus.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- The candidate must have strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments; especially with global teams and stakeholders
