• System Development: Analyze, design, develop, test, document, and maintain IT systems or applications.
• Support: Investigate and resolve system issues for clients.
• Enhancements: Analyze and specify changes or enhancements.
• Documentation: Update system documentation.
• SDLC Management: Manage stages of the SDLC and participate in reviews.
• Efficiency: Understand system interdependencies to identify and resolve issues.
• System Design: Design system architecture and propose technologies.
• Development Tools: Use tools to improve productivity.
• Testing: Develop test cases, conduct testing, and optimize performance.
• Deployment: Deploy systems and provide post-implementation support.

• 3+ years of experience in Java software development, systems analysis, designing, programming
• Java, Java EE
• Struts, JSF, Spring, EJB, Hibernate, IBatis
• Weblogic Application Server, Elixir, Oracle DB, LDAP, MQ Series
• JBoss Application Server, Apache Tomcat, ESB
• Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience in Tech refresh projects is a plus
