We're looking for a compassionate, hands-on individual who can guide customers through emotional moments, craft simple yet thoughtful pieces, and help grow our customer base.

Your Role Includes Two Unique Brands:

At Apart.sg - Keepsake Jewellery

Craft with Care:

Handmake meaningful jewellery using materials like hair, fur, or ashes, honouring the lives and bonds that matter most (we will teach you how make it. No experiene needed).

Customer Appointments:

Gently guide clients through the bespoke process in our studio, with empathy and attentiveness.

Sales with Sensitivity:

Help customers select keepsakes that reflect their memories and stories -- many will be emotional moments.

Maintain the Store:

Keep our studio inviting, clean, and peaceful -- a safe space for reflection and connection.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Reach out to potential clients and follow up with existing leads to offer guidance and encourage bookings or orders.

At Together Diamonds - Personalised Diamonds

Sales Consultant (No Crafting Needed):

Explain and sell custom lab-grown diamonds made from hair or fur -- ideal for engagements, anniversaries, or pet lovers.

Product Education:

Help customers understand the diamond-making process and how it celebrates life's bonds.

Customer Service:

Follow up with inquiries, handle consultations, and assist in finalising purchases.

Build Relationships:

Be proactive in responding to leads and gently guiding them toward booking a diamond consultation.

You Are Someone Who...

Has a warm, sincere, and empathetic nature Well spoken Wants to help others during difficult times Feels comfortable speaking with customers in sensitive situations Enjoys hands-on creative work and learning new crafts Can balance both crafting and front-of-house duties Is self-motivated, organised, and has a sharp eye for detail Thrives in an independent, purpose-led environment (Bonus) Has retail, design, or jewellery experience
