Responsibilities:


Act as a brand ambassador to provide excellent sales and after-sales service of Gold and Precious Stone (Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Jade and Pearl) fine jewellery Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner Develop excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers Assist in daily stock keeping and operational tasks Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements:


Conversant in English and Mandarin as the sales person will be required to speak with English / Mandarin / Mandarin dialect speaking customers. Above 5 years' experience working in a fine jewellery or luxury goods company is required. Experienced in selling both Yellow Gold and Precious Stone jewellery Able to work weekends and public holidays Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Team player Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
