Our team Java Management Service (JMS) is part of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) providing a comprehensive solution for managing Java deployments across enterprises, on-premises in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and on third-party clouds. JMS offers two key capabilities such as Fleet Management and Java Download where Fleet Management provides insights into Java usage and inventory and Java Download simplifies Java environments keeping them up-to-date and secure by providing easy access to the latest Java releases.

Responsibilities:
Who are we looking for

• Credit-bearing internship with a minimum period of 4.5 months, preferably starting from September

Indicate the internship period clearly in your CV
What you'll do

• Work like a full-time engineer to contribute to real production code, including feature development and resolving bugs that directly impact our broad client base
• Each intern will also be assigned an individual project - from conception through development. These projects may include initiatives such as:

a. Design, test and develop Proof of concept (POCs)
b. Automate tools aimed at improving efficiencies and productivity
c. Enhance informative blogs, JMS public documentation, tutorials and whitepapers
What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Passion for solving real world problems through research and development
• Knowledge on either Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Good to have knowledge:

a. SDLC, CI/CD, Git and Agile Scrum
b. Cloud computing
c. CLI/Unix
