Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to assess trainees' readiness for externship and open employment.
Communicate with trainees to understand their goals and ambitions, assess their strengths and needs.
Source and arrange for job training and employment opportunities for trainees.
Conduct site assessment to analyse and evaluate the suitability of the job site.
Conduct induction workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare the trainees for the externship.
Support the Occupational Therapist in providing one-on-one training tailored to the needs of the trainee using tasks analysis of the identified job duties.
Co-devise, plan and implement job coaching strategies and accommodations needed with the multi-disciplinary team.
Follow up with employers periodically on the progress of trainees at the job sites.
Develop or adjust effective job coaching and employment plans for trainees whenever needed.
Advocate for an inclusive work environment.
Keep track, oversee and document trainees' progress and maintain proper, up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline

Working experience in the F&B & hospitality industry preferred.

Experience in working with people with special needs will be a plus.
Requires travelling around Singapore.
