Job Description
Able to drive around. To handle job site and supervisor and solve solutions on the difficult issues. Need to handle subcontractors and hand-on if needed to guide them on the proper fixing and layout. Able to install furniture when lacking of manpower. Able to rush project schedule deadlines with holidays and after office hours. Willingly to give patience and time to teach when the contractor has no experience on the job. To be able to calculate the material costs and report after office hours
