We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations across our e-commerce, logistics, and supermarket divisions. This role is key to driving efficiency, service quality, and profitability while ensuring compliance with standards operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations across e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse and delivery logistics, and retail store management.
Implement SOPs and systems to improve service levels, reduce cost, and ensure operational compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, merchandising, marketing, and tech.
Manage vendor relationships, 3PLs, and ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably with at least 3 years in e-commerce, logistics, or retail.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and operations analytics is an advantage.
