This is a critical role within the Trade & Working Capital Client Service Organization to enhance and improve the overall client experience in the APAC region. The ability to understand the needs of our clients and recommend bespoke/customized digital solutions. The individual will also provide feedbacks to Product Owners to ensure our digital solutions remain first class and relevant in the ever evolving banking landscape in APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of functional and technical experience preferably with Trade Finance and Supply Chain applications to help drive the expansion of client support for the business and thus playing a key role in the success of our strategic initiatives. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Be(become) a subject-matter expert on Trade Finance\'s web-based software applications in APAC
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction utilizing the applications
Functional implementation of Trade Finance\'s web-based software applications:
Standard configuration-based setups and access administration for client users
Provide access administration support to internal stakeholders using the applications for operations
Coordinate with Implementations team to ensure clients\' expectations are met during the implementation stage
Technical implementation of Trade Finance\'s web-based software applications:
Customized setups for bespoke clients
Conduct client trainings and refreshers to drive more volumes through these channels
Post-Implementation client support on system issues
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address issues
Identify opportunities for enhancements through clients\' feedbacks
Maintain robust documentation of setup requests completion, clients enquiries, production and enhancement logs
BAU administrative duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years\' experience working with Front End/Web-Based systems
Good working knowledge of Trade Finance products and services preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
Strong focus on client and stakeholders satisfaction
Ability to operate in a collaborative environment and must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues (Business/Sales/Product/Technology) at various levels of the organization
Proven leadership skills and capable of delivering exceptional performance under pressure
Comfortable working within tight deadlines
Ability to effectively use and manage multiple systems
Well organized, details-oriented and meticulous nature
Strong documentation skills
Business-level spoken Mandarin will be a plus to support and interact with the firm\'s clients and digital platform.
