We're on the lookout for a

Junior Creative Designer

with the drive to turn imagination into impactful design -- someone who's ready to grow, experiment, and craft visuals that make people look twice and think deeper .

We're seeking a creative mind who's passionate about crafting meaningful visual stories, while learning from a team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and creativity with purpose.

What You'll Do

Bring ideas to life -- conceptualise, visualise, and execute design concepts for both

digital and print

platforms. Work closely with the design, client servicing and management teams to deliver creative solutions that align with strategy and storytelling. Develop fresh, original visual assets for social media, campaigns, and publications. Source and curate compelling imagery, iconography, and visual references that enhance your designs. Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events. Collaborate and share ideas with the team -- contribute meaningfully to brainstorming and creative discussions. Take ownership of your projects, manage your time effectively, and ensure your deliverables meet high creative standards.

What You Bring

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (or a related field). 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance work. Entry-level designers with 2-3 years of strong portfolio experience are welcome. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma. A portfolio that reflects your best work -- from university projects to professional assignments. Good communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Open to feedback, always eager to learn, and unafraid to explore new ideas and techniques. A grounded, passionate designer who believes that good work is both beautiful andpurposeful.
