Primary Responsibilities:
- Requests from suppliers/vendors the needed delivery receipts and invoice to process payment.
- Validate transactions based on the following available resources
- Performs SAP postings of all fuel receipt from supplier per location/airport accurately (fuel price and volume delivered to aircraft)
- Graduate of four (4) year course, preferably Accounting or Business Management related course
- Computer related training is an advantage
- Knowledge in SAP process and Microsoft excel
