- Support the Brand & Design Manager and Graphic Designer on all requests
- Identify and present innovative marketing designs to enhance the client's brand across various touchpoints
- Interpret briefs into designs
- Ensure all files are saved and organized following company standards to ensure efficiency
- Support with client's partner design requests & ensure all jobs are actioned in a timely manner
- Manage client's marketing requests
- Support with all client's internal requests
- Offer copy suggestions and check spelling and grammar on all design collateral produced
- Assess strengths and development opportunities in own designs for future development
- Ensure the company's values are embedded into your everyday behaviors
- Support in anything else required to help the leadership team
- Deliver on the key performance indicators set out by the client
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic designing
- Adobe Creative Suite
- ClickUp
