Job Description

What the role is:

Open Digital Platform is where various smart technologies such as facilities management, security, and autonomous goods delivery systems integrates as one. It is used to power many of our Smart districts project such as the Punggol Digital District and various other initiatives. We want 3D artist/modeller interested in transforming highly detained BIM models into light weight yet sleek models to be deployed into mobile apps and web. The intern will expected to: - Be willing to explore ways and solutions on efficiently optimizing Revit BIM models ready for Mobile apps and thin client use - Be proficient in low polygon modelling/texturing and optimizing technics for mobile games - Be proficient in 3D Studio Max, photoshop and Unity

What you will be working on:

1. Able to organize models by layers, parent/child and colors 2. Able to optimize models to a required tris count 3. Able to retopo models with good topology 4. Able to UV mapping/unwrapping for texturing of models 5. Able to perform texture atlas packing 6. Able to find and locate model and maneuver within a complex 3D scene

What we are looking for:

1. Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Unity 2. Experience in low poly modelling/texturing for mobile games 3. Experience with Unity 3D for mobile games is a plus 4. Experience working or optimizing architectural model is a plus 5. Proficient in hardsurface low polygon modelling is a plus 6. Portfolios required
