Job description
In your new role you will:

• Project Office on Contract Manufacturing

• A Project Office supports project implementation and assists Project Manager to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor performance of the running project and responsible for assembling and communicating regular progress reports. This also includes preparation and provisioning of special material
• Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders. Responsible for active communication and escalation to Project Management
• Ensure proper documentation and information is always up to date
• Standardize project management processes, tools, documentation and template
• Serves as dispatcher to specific roles where no clear assignment was made or is possible
• Process Sustaining on Contract Manufacturing

• Oversee all aspects of Supply Chain processes, ensuring seamless end to end integrations with optimum cost, high degrees of automation, robustness, flexibility and optimizing human involvement to decision-makers on contract manufacturing process.
• Support and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth methodology and process implementation are being utilized effectively.
• Support and contribute to the success of Engineering Make CM Innovation projects. Collaborate with business, and technical experts to identify opportunities for improvement across business lines and related operations.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain/ Industrial Engineering/ Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Good understanding of supply chain process and/or manufacturing in semiconductor industry
• Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
• Knowledge in data visualization software solutions such as Tableau, data mining and programing will be an added advantage.
