Junior Account Assistant (AR) 5day, 8:30am to 6pm Pioneer (Transport provided) Salary Up to $3000 Company Benifit: AWS, Bonus, others Responsibilities * Handle the full spectrum of Accounts R Junior Account Assistant (AR) 5day, 8:30am to 6pm Pioneer (Transport provided) Salary Up to $3000 Company Benifit: AWS, Bonus, others Responsibilities Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Prepare and update Accounts Receivable collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer and giro on a timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies on billing. Handling of progressive claims and tax invoices to customers Timely monitor debts collection as per credit terms given. Prepares Accounts Receivable aging report monthly, audit schedules related to Accounts Receivable and sends customer statement of accounts. Month end closing and year end audit Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Candidate must possess Minimum A Level / Diploma in accounting At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting/Finance in Construction Industry.
