Job Description





Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

Prepare and post journal entries using the internal accounting system and Microsoft Excel Perform

balance sheet account reconciliations

on a regular basis Maintain and update the

fixed assets register

, including

Right-of-Use (ROU)

assets Support

bank reconciliations

and

intercompany transaction processing

Assist in the preparation and submission of

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

filings to

IRAS

, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations Organize and maintain

financial documents, records, and audit schedules

Liaise with

vendors, customers, and external auditors

as needed Support

financial reporting

and participate in

ad-hoc finance-related projects




Requirement





Diploma or Degree in

Accounting

or a related discipline Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

Prior experience in the

insurance industry

is an advantage Familiarity with

Singapore tax laws

GST regulations

, and

SFRS standards

is a plus Strong

critical thinking

and

strategic problem-solving

skills

Self-motivated
