What You Can Do For Us
Responsible for the full aspects of finance spectrum for Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong companies
Involved in operational support from time to time to Trading floor in trade executions
Validation of employee claims for our China office
Perform payment and collection duties on AR and AP for APAC regions.
Prepare financial reporting package in accordance with local GAAP to the management team based in Asia and USA.
Review of balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring adequate follow ups of outstanding items
Handling of external audits.
Responsible for taxation that includes coordinating with our external tax consultants to ensure accuracy of various tax reports such as VAT, corporate tax and being compliant with tax regulations.
Supports any government statistical surveys
Develop and document business workflow processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Streamlining workflow processes to enhance better productivity.
Analyze operational costs to maximize cost efficiency.
Being a coordinator between local service providers / regulators / Financial Institutions and company employees for various finance related tasks
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of full set accounting experience, well versed in local taxation rules.
Experience in working for an international company and multicultural environment.
Experience with Statutory and Tax Compliance is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.
