Job Description
Accounts Executive
- 5 days (8am - 5:30pm)
- Penjuru Road - transport provided at Jurong East
- Salary : $2,400 - $3,200
- Assist on full spectrum accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and etc
- Assist on the timely and accurate month-end and year-end close for the management accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Perform tax computation and GST reporting
- Any other ad-hoc accounting functions assigned by the Management
- At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field. Candidate with working experience in Construction or Process Maintenance industry environment will be an advantage.
- Experience in AutoCount software is a plus
