The role supports the firm's administrative and accounts functions to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Input lawyers' timesheets into practice management software.
Prepare monthly invoices, monitor client payments.
Track lawyers' productive hours for reporting and efficiency.
Close and archive completed client files and matters.
Manage enquiries, assign and monitor tasks.
Handle admin support (file opening, procurement, liaising with IT providers).
Coordinate with external vendors for smooth firm operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in office software (experience with legal practice management software is a plus).
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Professional, proactive, reliable, with strong communication skills.
