Monitor and tracking payment receivables Maintain and reconcile the cash flow, bank statement and ensure that reconciliations are completed timely Responsible for month end reports consolidation Handle general administrative and operational duties - handling phone calls, incoming & outgoing mails, timesheet management and expense claims management Responsible for updating, labelling, photocopying and organising department\'s files and ensuring that file contents are up to date Any Ad-hoc Duties as required GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level, Certificate in Office Skills No experience requires as on-the-job training provided Fresh graduate welcome but must be willing to learn PC literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS word, Excel and Power Point Able to use financio / Taleno is an advantage Hard working and able to multi-task Able to start work within short notice Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,100.00 - $1,800.00 per month Work Location: One location
