\xc2\xb7 Scheduling; Training room booking and coordinating meetings and conferences

\xc2\xb7 Webcat administration support
\xc2\xb7 Training management
\xc2\xb7 Managing of excel database
\xc2\xb7 Obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
\xc2\xb7 Other clerical work as assigned
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
\xc2\xb7 Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service
