Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to support our team across all phases of project development--from concept to construction. This role offers exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects, with opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.





Assist in the production of architectural drawings from concept through to construction stage Support the coordination of design development with internal teams and external consultants Contribute to the preparation of design and presentation reports Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors at various stages of project execution Assist with local authority submissions and related documentation Support in contract administration and documentation Help prepare plans and specifications for the construction or alteration of buildings Participate in the development of feasibility studies and design proposals Assist in developing design concepts aligned with client requirements, building use, and environmental considerations Help prepare and revise detailed drawings and blueprints Compile project specifications Support efforts to manage project budgets and schedules Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and regulations Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide status updates Liaise with construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Willingness to travel when required Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies


Minimum experience: 1 year


Strong proficiency in design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)


Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills


Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
