The Opportunity: The ideal candidate for this position will be highly skilled in the following areas: Client/Account Management Lifestyle and tech media / brands communications experience Partner Management Experience on projects that requires Public Relations (PR), Marketing, and communication technical skills Effective Communication Client Management Peer Fellowship Business management Applicants must have minimum 2 years of management in an agency or related service business for Public Relations, Marketing, or media management. Client/Account Management: Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Excel) and with regard to client and agency needs/expectations. Manage contract deliverables, account schedule and budget and ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion including change management. Have a working knowledge of the workflows for media liaison, associates management tools Guide teams on mitigating risks on projects/account Enforce quality control processes in each project/account Communication Management: Maintain client relationship Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary. Counsel for brand communications covering Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned Communications Zone. Actively market research to gather relevant market information and insights to prepare for Communication PR proposals, reports and marketing Maintain and grow network with media, influencers and key stakeholders. Daily and monthly media pitchWork with extended partners (media monitoring agency, photographers, and partners) to ensure client expectations monitoring & reports People/Teamwork/Corporate: brand ambassador of the company, an exemplary role model for the team Be the Social Manager ' Build the company's network and propriety. Appropriately escalate and seek direction on conflicts or difficult people situations. Strive to be a positive influence on peer group and cross-capability team.
