Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot current commercial manufacturing
- Demonstrate technical expertise in manufacturing technical support, quality related investigations and supply chain related changes
- Draft risk assessments and demonstrate technical aptitude in report writing
- Interpret results and draw conclusions from own multistage experiments, note significant deviations and then suggest, design and pursue relevant experiments
- Understand relevant scientific literature and apply theoretical framework to solving problems within scientific discipline in a timely manner
- Extensive interaction with manufacturing, quality, cell culture and/or purification process development
- Min Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related fields
- A basic understanding of cell culture/fermentation biology or protein purification or protein analytics; and statistical methods is essential.
- Prior industrial experience in protein separation/downstream processing and sound chemical, statistical and biological training will be an advantage
- Able to start immediate or on short notice
